Cancellation or Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the service stage, work already completed, non-refundable authority or third-party charges, and the terms accepted in the relevant proposal or service agreement.

Before work begins

A cancellation request received before consultancy work, document preparation, reservations, submissions, or third-party commitments begin may be eligible for a refund, less any clearly disclosed administration or payment-processing costs.

After work begins

Fees for completed advisory, planning, document review, coordination, or administrative work are generally not refundable. Any refundable balance will be assessed against the documented scope and work completed.

Third-party and authority fees

Government, Free Zone, banking, workspace, courier, insurance, attestation, translation, medical, and other third-party charges are subject to the relevant provider’s own cancellation and refund rules and may be non-refundable.

Rejected or delayed applications

A rejection, request for further documents, or delay by an authority, bank, or third party does not automatically create a right to a refund of consultancy work already performed. Each request will be reviewed against the applicable written agreement.

Send your written request, invoice or reference number, and reason for cancellation to info@aimsons.com. AIMSONS will review the request and respond within a reasonable period.
