Service and Payment Policy
A clear written proposal or service agreement should be provided before paid work starts. It should identify the requested consultancy services, expected deliverables, fees, exclusions, and payment schedule.
Consultancy and third-party charges
AIMSONS consultancy or coordination fees should be shown separately from government authority fees, Free Zone or service-provider charges, workspace expenses, banking costs, translations, attestations, courier charges, insurance, medical services, and other third-party expenses.
Payment
Payment milestones, accepted methods, due dates, and invoicing details will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement. Work may begin after the required initial payment and receipt of requested information or documents.
Changes in requirements
Additional activities, shareholders, visas, workspace requirements, urgent processing, re-submissions, translations, or changes requested after work begins may change the cost and timeline. Any material variation should be confirmed in writing.
Official and third-party decisions
Payment for consultancy or coordination does not guarantee approval by any authority, bank, Free Zone, regulator, or third-party provider. Additional fees may apply if requirements change or further work is needed.
